Merchant Services LTD (MSLTD) is closely monitoring Hurricane Irma, which is currently located approximately 1,100 miles east-southeast of Miami-Dade County. Fortunately for all of our clients, our redundant transaction processing centers are located inland and strategically spread across the country, ensuring that any impact to South Florida will not impact our ability to process your transactions.
Be advised that our Miami office will be closed Thursday, September 7th, 2017 through Monday, September 11th, 2017.

In case of internet AND telecommunication failure, you can run transactions in “offline mode”, essentially storing transaction data on the equipment for deferred processing at your next successful connection window. While this can be a helpful feature, be advised that but there is a risk to it – you will not be immediately aware if a card is not valid or declined until the processing terminal successfully connects to the host server. If you decide to employ this processing solution, please be careful.
“Offline Mode” instructions can be found below for our most popular terminal models. Please refer to the instruction manual for your respective terminal. Further help with activating “offline mode” can be obtained from your respective POS provider. For all other terminals, please call the appropriate hotline associated with your MID.
